Do we offer international shipping?

LeLilia does not offer international shipping, order does not ship to third party international freight forwarding services or locations.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, we do allow customers to ship order to a different address then the billing address.I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do? Please be careful when entering your shipping address, LeLilia will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customers.

 

What is the shipping cost?

Free Shipping offer to promotional products. - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped standard Ground via UPS and/or USPS. Your order will be shipped via best way with one of these two carriers. Delivery times are between 3 – 7 days depending on your location. Delivery delays may occasionally occur. - Non-Delivery States: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands, Micronesia.

 

When should I expect my order to arrive?

For in-stock products, orders received after 2:00PM EST, will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking information once your order is ready to ship.

 

Can I update or cancel my order after I have already placed it?

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmation can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at shop@anthonyvincenailspa.com with your inquiry.

 

Do we offer returns and exchanges?

We are unable to offer refunds and returns but allow exchanges within 48 hours of receipt if an unlikely event that a product arrived damages. All sales are final. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. - In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
